Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain words, what happens to the details you leave with us. We sell one product — Cervok, a herbal capsule course for men — and the only reason we ask for anything at all is so a courier can reach you with the bottle. Nothing on this site asks for a card number, an identity document or a bank detail of any kind.
What we ask for
The order form takes two things: a name and a phone number. When our operator rings you back to confirm the order, we also write down the delivery address and the city, because the courier cannot find you without them. That is the whole list.
Separately, our website records the usual anonymous visit data — which page was opened, from which kind of device, and roughly when. That information is not tied to your name and we cannot use it to identify you.
Why we need it
- Agreeing a delivery day over the phone — that is what the number is for.
- Printing the courier label, which cannot be produced without a name and an address.
- Recognising you later if the same order comes up in a message.
That number never receives advertising messages, no mailing list is kept on this site, and no third party is ever given a customer's details for money or otherwise. The courier firm sees the address and nothing else.
How long it is kept
Order details stay with us while the delivery is in progress and for a short period afterwards, in case a question about the same parcel comes up. Once that period passes, the record is deleted. Nobody outside our order team has access to it in the meantime.
Keeping it safe
Records sit on a protected server behind an encrypted connection, and only the small dispatch team can open them. Customer lists are never printed on paper, and phone numbers are never copied into spreadsheets on someone's personal laptop or phone.
What you can request
Three requests are open to you at any time: show me what you hold, correct it, or erase it completely. Send any of them to [email protected] together with the number used for the order, and a confirmation follows once the change is made. Reading this page and deciding against ordering leaves no trace at all — nothing reaches us until the form is actually sent.
